Miranda completely reshaped her body. The reason for her weight loss was to look beautiful for the release of her album “Platinum.”

Miranda Lambert’s workout and diet are based on being active and eating healthy. Because of her traveling, she was unable to go to a gym. Therefore Miranda’s trainer, Bill Crutchfield, gave her a circuit workout which he could do anywhere either she is in her home, a hotel or backstage.

With the help of her diet and exercise, she was able to lose 20 pounds of weight. During her talk with People, Glamour and Women’s health she said that they did a lot of circuit training along with cardio. Furthermore, she stated that they did many things including lunges and lot of stuff with resistance bands

This is the workout routine for Miranda Lambert’s weight loss. At first start with a 20-minute fast walk if you can and then do the following:

  1. Jumping Jacks for 1 minute. About 2-3 sets.
  2. Biceps Curls for 1 minute with a resistance band. About 2-3 sets.
  3. Plank Jacks for 1 minute. About 2-3 sets.
  4. Triceps Extension for 2 minutes using a resistance band. About 2-3 sets
  5. Run in Place for 1 minute and about 2-3 sets.
  6. Pushups for 1 minute. About 2-3 sets
  7. Jump Rope for 1 minute with the help of a jump rope. About 2-3 sets
  8. Lateral Leg Raise for 1 minute using a resistance band of about 2-3 sets
  9. Lunges for 2 minutes of about 2-3 sets
  10. Lateral Flexion for 2 minutes using a resistance band of about 2-3 sets.

You should keep in mind that this is a circuit workout which means you do 1 exercise and then immediately on to the next one. There is no stopping, and you have to do 2-3 sets while having rests. You just have to perform one set of each exercise. When Miranda Lambert completes one set of each exercise, her trainer makes her rest for 3 minutes. In the end, Miranda rests for only 1 minute between the circuit sets. Their aim was to do the circuit workout  routine 2-3 times

For Lateral Leg Lifts, Miranda said that leg lifts helped the lower abs which are a problem for the girls who drink.

Some of the exercises require either a resistance band or a jump rope. As a replacement, you can use small weights or a milk jug for performing these exercises. Miranda Lambert was doing very hard training sessions before her album came out. According to her trainer, he used to carry a bag that consisted of exercise bands, an eight-pound medicine ball, a jump rope and boxing gloves along with pads. He said he used to mix the workouts every time which kept her mentally fresh and made her respond physically.

Along with all these given exercises, she used to do kettlebell swings, cardio boxing and also used the treadmill and elliptical.

Miranda Lambert weight loss motivation was the arrival of her new album. A weight loss company approached who wanted to make her lose 40 pounds of weight, and to that offer, she said that she is not obese but is only size 8. She did not want to lose 40 pounds but wanted to lose 15.

Another motion for Miranda Lambert weight loss was that paparazzi took many of her pictures from the worst possible angles and she became tired of seeing Miranda Lambert is Fat in the magazines. Listening to pop stars like Britney Spears was one of Miranda’s fitness secrets. During her cardio sessions, Miranda said that whenever she listened to Britney Spears, she imagined Britney’s body and was like Oh! Faster!

According to Miranda planning your day is vital. If you plan outdoor activities in advance, then you will forget that you are doing cardio.
