A lot of women will equate exercise with hard work. So instead of exercising, do something that you enjoy doing.  Don’t call it exercise, call it something else.

You also can use a push lawn mower, park a lot further from the front door, walk during your lunch, rake your leaves, or sweep up your drive, There are many easy ways that you can get some exercise through walking.

Lighten your options

When you are looking for something to eat, you want to choose ones that are lower in calories than you are usually eating.  For example, if you make your own pizza, use the low-fat cheese rather than the regular cheese that you may have used in the past.  Swap out your ice cream for a lower calorie version.  Trade your regular soda for diet soda.  All of these small switches can make a huge difference when you are trying to lose weight. You will be very surprised at how quickly the calories come off.

These are some of the things that you can do to help you with losing weight.   These are small steps that you can take in order to lose weight without changing a lot of things in your day.  Exercise and changing things in your diet doesn’t have to make you feel deprived.  Once you try things out and see how good you feel because you are losing weight, you are going to be glad that you made the changes.  You will see that the pounds are coming off and that you are looking better than you ever did.
